What is MyPDI3PL?
MyPDI3PL is a service portal offered to our clients to track and trace all of the shipments moved by PDI. This portal was designed to provide up-to-date information and a variety of other value-added services including POD retrieval.
Who can register?
Currently, MyPDI3PL is offered to all of our customers.
How do I register?
From the homepage (www.mypdi3pl.com), click the “Register” button. Fill out all mandatory fields as indicated by an asterisk. Passwords must be at least seven (7) characters long and contain at least one (1) number. The security question is designed in case you forget your password. The answer to the security question is NOT case-sensitive; however it does recognize spaces and punctuation. Finally, you will be asked to enter in a random string of numbers and letters for security purposes.
What happens after I register?
After you click the “Register” button, our technical team will confirm your registration information and you will receive an email with a link asking you to confirm your account. Once you click on the link, your account is ready to access the services available on MyPDI3PL.com
How do I log in?
You can log in either from our main website www.pdi3pl.com or you can go directly to MyPDI3PL at www.mypdi3pl.com. Your username is the email address used to register your account along with the password selected.
