Every shipper is unique. At PDI we embrace these differences as an opportunity to differentiate ourselves from other 3PLs. Most logistics companies are able to meet customer's expectations regarding what makes all shippers' similar but falter when it comes to the little differences. These differences are our forte.

We view each customer individually and strive to be 'successful' in our customer's eyes, regardless of what metric our customer uses to measure our success. For those shippers who have already developed long-term, ongoing relationships with their carriers, PDI is able to manage transportation on a daily basis while still utilizing a shipper's preferred carriers. Our job remains clear, administrate our client's logistical operations as they see fit without fail - the only difference with this brand of service is that the carrier selection is done by the shipper, not PDI.
