Mary Ann McElroy
CEO, VP of Finance and Administration
Mary joined the company in the early '90's to support the growing family business. She has 25 years of administrative and financial experience, including 11 years with Cambridge-Lee Industries where she was responsible for all administrative activities at this global manufacturer and distributor of copper and copper alloy products. In her current role with PDI, Mary focuses on streamlining day to day administrative, analyses and reporting functions as well as overseeing the company's financial activities.
Andrew (Drew) McElroy
President
Growing up in the business provided Drew with a wealth of practical and hands on experience. After graduating from Georgetown University with a BS/BA in International Business, Drew worked in a number of operational roles to gain a comprehensive grasp of the rapidly changing business requirements. Drew has a proven history of forming solid client relationships and finding creative ways to further develop their business. In his current position he is responsible for all business development initiatives, marketing, client prospecting, rate quoting, and day-to-day management of the company's sales function.
Joel Sutherland
Executive Vice President
Joel has spent than 30 years as a logistics/supply chain professional working for major manufacturers, distributors, and logistics service providers. Joel joined PDI after a successful career with J.B. Hunt Logistics & Transplace and then running Air-Road Express as president and COO. He is also a past President of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. In his current position Joel is responsible for developing and executing PDI's strategic business plan and establishing PDI as a leader in the industry. Joel has a BS in Logistics from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Dianemarie Haring
Director of Operations
Dianemarie has over 15 years experience in multi-modal transportation operations and procurement management. At PDI, Dianemarie is responsible for overseeing all daily transportation operations and customer service. Dianemarie joined PDI following working in multiple capacities for both Genpro, Inc. (3PL perishable shipment specialist) and Georgia-Pacific. In addition, she has extensive import/export, inventory control management, and carrier relations experience. Diane has a BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton, is a Congress-Bundestag Scholarship Alumnus and is the New York City Roundtable's Educational Chairperson on the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Jay Kantrowitz
Director of Technology
Jay is second generation in the transportation industry following in his father's footsteps. In 1986, he began working full-time in a family-owned truck brokerage, and became involved in creating a proprietary TMS, encompassing all components of a transaction. In 2004, Jay was recruited to lead the technology vision of a 3PL specializing in refrigerated produce. Jay joined PDI in August 2006 as a Senior Logistics Coordinator. It quickly became apparent that Jay was destined for bigger and better things. In January 2007 Jay was promoted to Director of Technology as a result of his tremendous experience and knowledge. Currently, you can find Jay pulling double-duty - leading the Technology Team and continuing to assist the Operations Team whenever and wherever his expertise can be useful.
